Tuition & Fees (Stated in studio contract)

There is a yearly registration fee of $50.00 per family. Registration fees are not refundable. Your registration fee holds your place in the class, covers insurance per student for the season, data input, office manager, and maintenance. Please see your registration packet for tuition fees.

This season tuition is based on a 32-week session, including 2 additional weeks for inclement weather. There are 10 payments, the first tuition payment is due at the time of registration, all other tuition payments run September thru May, now referred to as payments 1-10. Tuition is due on the FIRST of each month with a grace period extending through the TENTH day of each month September thru May. A $10.00 late fee will be added to your monthly tuition if paid after the tenth day of the month. This includes if the studio is closed for any reason (i.e. regular hours, holidays, weekends, etc). Tuition is to be paid in cash or debit/CC (auto-withdrawal only). Cash payments are to be in an envelope labeled with your childs’ name and total and placed in the tuition box beside the front door. Please use exact change only as the studio does not keep cash on site. Receipts for cash payments will be available 1 week after payment is submitted in the basket in the office. Southside Ballet no longer accepts checks for tuition payments. A $10.00 LATE FEE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL LATE PAYMENTS. In addition, if tuition and late fees are not paid by the twentieth of the month the student will not be permitted to return to class or perform in the Recital until ALL outstanding balances have been paid, DEADLINE APRIL 14, 2026. Automatic payments will be transferred on the first of each month. There are no refunds or carryover of tuition into the following month. Dancers may not “skip” or “take off” a month. Payment is due whether absent or present in class. Make up lessons may be arranged if a suitable class is available.

“I understand that I must give 30 days written notice, via the withdrawal form available at the studio, to the director, Meredith S. Parks if I decide to no longer attend classes.
