2026 Recital

Recital date: May 2, 2026, 1 pm

All Events take place a the Suffolk Cultural Arts Center

A recital fee of $250 will be due February 1, 2026
Action Photographs will be taken during dress rehearsal and professional video will be taken during the performance. Photography and videography by audience members Is strictly prohibited. This protects our dancers’ privacy and the work of our teachers.

Dress Rehersal

  • Dress Rehearsal: ACT I April 29, 2026, 4-8 pm
  • Dress Rehearsal: ACT II April 30, 2026, 4-8 pm

An early rehearsal on Saturday or an extra rehearsal during the week may be added based on student need.

Please plan to be available for all rehearsals and avoid schedule conflicts. This is a very busy time of year (ball games, graduations, birthday parties, etc). All students are required to be present and participate in dress rehearsal in order to perform in the recital, no exceptions.

Costumes

Costume Fees (per costume): TOTAL Due November 1, 2025

  • Costumes will not be ordered if fees have not been paid in full. ALL FULL AND PARTIAL COSTUME PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID.
  • Families will have the option to divide costume payments into four payments due at the time of registration, with September’s tuition, October’s tuition and the balance due with November’s tuition. Otherwise, costume payments are due in full on November 1.
  • Any costumes not picked up by the purchaser 30 days after the Spring Recital will become property of Southside Ballet Studio, LLC.
  • The correct tights for each costume will be included with your costume!
  • $85.00 Pre-ballet – Level II (including – Beginner & Intermediate Lyrical, Beginner/Intermediate Acrobatic Arts, Beginner Musical Theatre).
  • $95.00 Level III and Up (includes Beginner Teen Lyrical/Jazz/Tap, Level III, IV, Advanced Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Advanced Acrobatic Arts, Int/Adv Musical Theatre.) Contemporary
  • $110.00 Level III and Up Ballet and Pointe.
  • Prices are subject to change if companies change cost. We will update prices when new costumes are released.
